The One Day Wonder is a learning event created by, with and for facilitators and community engagement practitioners, or anyone who organises group meetings.

The One Day Wonder is a day filled with exposure to a range of facilitation styles and encourages participation and experiential knowledge sharing. Come along to be inspired; build and strengthen collegial relationships; have exposure to new and innovative techniques; and enjoy the space to critically reflect on your current practice. It promises to be a lot of fun!
Lindy from Collective Possibilities will be facilitating an afternoon session titled 'Drawing on the Unconscious - Making and Taking the Facilitator Role' which promises to draw those present into an exploration of their deeply held values and assumptions about themselves as facilitators and the groups they serve. Participants will generate work role drawings in this session and use these as a basis for small group reflection.
