Belinda is a certified professional facilitator and skilled trainer with over 15 years of government sector experience. Her sharp insight and exemplary process communication skills make her a highly sought after and respected consultant.

Belinda’s recent focus has been consulting and facilitating in the local government sector; with particular emphasis on designing and conducting community engagement and public participation processes. She particularly enjoys working with community groups on short term local projects and applying her strategic insight to longer term planning projects. Her various experiences include managing operational teams, implementing organisational change initiatives and project management. She has a particular interest in enhancing staff and community capacity to understand and participate in problem solving and decision making processes.
