Passionate about collaboration and building community and organisational capacity, Lindy encourages leaders and teams to build on and act from their untapped potential.

Lindy brings to this role 20 years experience in both community and organisational capacity building, working in local government and public sector organisations as a facilitator, internal consultant, manager, trainer and change agent. Lindy has also held senior roles as an internal consultant and Manager in local government with a people, culture and business improvement focus.

With a style that has been described as intuitive, provocative and solutions focused, Lindy emphasises taking an inside out approach to leadership that is underpinned with authenticity and courage. This combined with her insight into organisational systems psychodynamics give her consulting an edge that powerfully catalyses change. 

Lindy's outstanding work in promoting an accessible and inclusive organisational culture saw her receiving 2 industry awards for innovation, leadership and integrated planning through the Victorian Local Government Accessible Communities Awards in 2000 and 2002.

Lindy’s specialist expertise includes:

• Designing and facilitating team strengthening and planning workshops to enable conversations that matter and help the group translate thinking into inspired action
• Creating and holding  spaces for  learning, reflection and self awareness to emerge for individuals and groups

• High levels of competency in using a range of methods to bring out the best in groups
• Strategic foresight and future planning; bringing high level analytical and conceptual skills to anticipate scenarios and think at both big picture and detail levels
