Lindy is a highly motivated, creative and versatile group facilitator with 18 years experience in both community and organisational development. She has worked extensively in local government and public sector organisations as an internal consultant, trainer and change facilitator.

Lindy is passionate about collaboration and building organisational and community capacity through the development of courageous leaders and spirited teams. Lindy encourages teams and communities to build on and act from their collective untapped potential. Her facilitation style has been described as engaging, intuitive, provocative and solution focussed.

Lindy's outstanding work in promoting an accessible and inclusive organisational culture saw her receiving 2 industry awards for innovation, leadership and integrated planning through the Victorian Local Government Accessible Communities Awards in 2000 and 2002. Lindy has also worked extensively as a facilitator in the community sector working with the Supported Accommodation and Assistance Program, Victorian AIDS Council, Urban Neighbourhoods of Hope and a range of non government agencies in the disability services sector.

Lindy's broad range of professional and voluntary experience in both community services and corporate governance gives her an in depth understanding of the complexity of issues facing communities and organisations today and effectively positions her to coach, encourage and motivate leaders and teams to lift their vision.
