Dr Lindy Amos

Practice Leader, Lead Facilitator & Coach, Director, Collective Possibilities

Passionate about collaboration and building community and organisational capacity, Lindy encourages leaders and teams to show up with ordinary courage, compassion and authenticity.

Lindy brings to this role 20 years experience in both community and organisational capacity building working in local government and public sector organisations as a facilitator, internal consultant, manager, trainer and change agent. Lindy has also held senior roles as an internal consultant and Manager in local government with a people, culture and business improvement focus. With a style that has been described as intuitive, provocative and solutions focused, Lindy’s insight into systems dynamics gives her consulting and coaching an edge that powerfully catalyses change.

Lindy’s outstanding work in promoting an accessible and inclusive organisational culture saw her receiving 2 industry awards for innovation, leadership and integrated planning through the Victorian Local Government Accessible Communities Awards in 2000 and 2002.


Lindy’s specialist expertise includes:
