All about Enneagram

Using the Enneagram facilitates a powerful approach to understanding the psychology, emotions and behaviour of ourselves and others.

The primary purpose of the Enneagram is self knowledge, and the benefits are numerous, including understanding how others perceive us, gaining greater insight into our strengths and how we can capitalise on them more consciously and minimising the impacts of our own self sabotaging or derailing behaviour. Applying the system also supports us to understanding what motivates the behaviour of others, and  becoming more accepting and compassionate when we are confronted with people we find troubling or behaviour we find disturbing.
