I came across this TED video about 6 months ago and I think it is brilliant.
Ash Beckham talks about how we all have a closet to come out of and that although they feel safe that a closet is no place for a person to live.
Ash offers us three ‘Pancake Girl’ principles:
- Be authentic.
- Be direct.
- Be unapologetic.
When you can find the courage to be real, you can be your whole self and move into the world in ways you might not have imagined.
